There are 3 rooms. 1) The large room has a king-size bed for two people and a four-person chair and table set (replaces a sofa). 2) The second room has two single beds and a two-person chair and table set (replaces a desk). 3) The third room is a small room with a sliding-door wardrobe for multi-purpose use. 4) The entrance hall with a middle door can serve as a small living room and has a door lock installed.
- It is a 10-minute walk from Bojeong Station. - The village bus to Migeum Station passes right in front of the apartment, and it takes 15 minutes to Migeum Station. - It is a 30-minute distance to Seoul National University Bundang Hospital (by public transportation). - It is a 30-minute distance to Pangyo Station (by public transportation). - It is a 45-minute distance to Gangnam Station (by public transportation).
- Move-in will be conducted in person. - Once the contract is signed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions.
This is a 89-pyeong apartment with three completely separate and independent units. The deposit is 330,000 won for a one-week rental, and for longer stays, it will be discussed with the host (landlord). It's a great space for up to four people for a short-term stay. It's a pleasant and quiet luxury apartment complex with well-maintained green spaces.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. BTV channel standard is subscribed.
