○ Check-in is contactless; once the booking is confirmed, we will send you instructions regarding check-in and use of the facilities on the day before and the morning of your arrival. Check-in: From 16:00 Check-out: By 11:00 - Pets are not allowed, and resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. - Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. (If traces of smoking or odors are detected, the cost of re-wallpapering the entire room may be charged.)
○ Parking - Please inquire in advance if you require parking. - Once the monthly allocation of free (24-hour) parking passes (5 passes) is exhausted, parking becomes a paid service. - The fee for paid parking is 12,000 KRW per day.
