Overall a good place, but not worth the price. There were a few issues that made my stay unpleasant. 1. The room smells like cigarettes 🚬 because smoke drifts in from neighbors who smoke. 2. The room is very bright, so an eye mask is a must. 3. Some of the cabinet doors don't work properly and need repair. 4. The toilet flush was very weak; the landlord tried to fix it, but the process took two and a half weeks. 5. The listing mentions free parking, but you have to notify the landlord every time you enter or exit the parking area. On the positive side, the landlord is responsive and did fix one of the issues.
The neighborhood is quiet, and the place gets plenty of sunlight.
The landlord is very kind and responds quickly. They were very considerate, especially since my check-in and check-out schedule was messed up, but they were so accommodating that I had a great stay. The room is spacious at 9 pyeong, clean, and in good condition. It's also pretty. I'll have to stay here again sometime. It was so nice.
