Features: 85-inch TV, round dining table, premium hotel-quality Simmons bed, dryer, bathtub, terrace, food waste disposer, Dyson vacuum, and Dyson Airwrap. Free access to the gym (06:00–23:00). Please read this before moving in. A separate cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW applies if bringing a pet.

Check-in is contactless. Free gym and parking; 10,000 KRW weekly top-up (provides 100 hours).
Compensation costs will be charged in the event of damage to or soiling of items.
This will be included in the rent and management fee. However, if the management fee exceeds 400,000 KRW for a period of four weeks or longer, the excess amount will be billed separately.
I stayed here for a month and a half while my apartment was being renovated. I really enjoyed the premium view from the top floor. Wishing you continued success. Thank you.
This is my second time staying here. The view is fantastic, the place is clean, and the host is kind. ☺ It’s conveniently located within walking distance of Misa Station, and parking is available. I don't think there's another place like this in Misa.
