Our home is a two-story unit within a townhouse complex. The first floor features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while the second floor consists of a hallway and two bedrooms—one with a bed and the other an *ondol* (Korean-style floor heating) room. There is a large built-in wardrobe providing ample storage space. Note: Please be aware that there are stairs leading to the second floor, which may be a consideration for the elderly or young children.
A bus stop (Gyeongdong Apartment) is located about a 3-minute walk (approx. 350m) away, serving routes such as 49, 57, 86, 87, 100, and 189-1. Yeonsan Station, where Busan Metro Lines 3 and 1 intersect, is also nearby, making subway travel very convenient.
- The unit is fully furnished with kitchenware, a bed, a wardrobe, a TV, and more, so you can move in comfortably with just your personal belongings. - The move-in process is contactless. - Smoking indoors is prohibited, and please refrain from hosting parties or making excessive noise after 9 PM. - Detailed move-in instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.
Oncheoncheon Stream is right in front of the house, making it a great spot for exercise, and the Oncheoncheon Cafe Street is also nearby, offering plenty of dining options. I have been hosting guests for years and have maintained "Superhost" status on Airbnb, consistently receiving excellent reviews from guests who enjoyed a comfortable stay. Electricity, water, gas, and internet are included in the maintenance fee. However, additional charges may be requested if excessive use of air conditioning, heating, etc., causes the utility costs to significantly exceed the average.
