This is a cozy studio with a clean and warm feel, decorated in wood and white. Although it's 7 pyeong (approx. 23 sq m), we've maximized the space by using a sofa bed (upgraded version^^). It's spacious enough for up to two people, so please feel free to use it. It's an officetel facing east, so it's bright and filled with warm sunlight. 😀
It is a 1-minute walk from Exit 6 of Suraksan Station on Line 7. Surak Airport Bus Terminal is a 2-minute walk away. You can take bus 3100 to Gangnam Station. Free parking for 2 hours is available per contract. If you wish to use long-term parking, please inquire separately about parking. ※ Free parking is available for long-term stays of 7 weeks or more.
Check-in is contactless. A maximum of 2 people can stay, and we will send you a message with check-in and usage information when the contract is confirmed. No smoking indoors☆(Use the smoking area on the 1st floor) No pets allowed☆ Compensation costs will be incurred if property is damaged, lost, or soiled.
