- It is about a 5-minute walk from Daecheong Station (Subway Line 3). - It is about a 10-minute walk from Daemosan Station (Bundang Line). - It is two stops away from SRT Suseo Station. - It is a 10-minute walk to Samsung Hospital.
- Check-in is contactless. - We will send you check-in instructions once the booking is confirmed. (The door lock code will be sent 1–2 hours before check-in.) - The bed is a single bed. It is suitable for one person, but please let us know in advance if two people will be staying.
- The landlord resides in the same building and is available for contact. - The elevator goes up to the 5th floor; you will need to walk up the stairs for the remaining floor. - E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Hanaro Mart are located within a 5-minute distance. - A street lined with restaurants and eateries is located 3–4 minutes away.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Excessive electricity usage may result in a request for additional payment upon check-out.
I stayed here for a business trip to Pangyo, and the transportation access is excellent. I had a great stay with absolutely no noise at night!
