This is a newly remodeled, clean room. It is equipped with a 65-inch TV, so you can comfortably enjoy Netflix and YouTube Premium, and with a large-capacity dehumidifier, you can stay in a fluffy space 24 hours a day. It is not commercially operated, and the owner lives in the same building and manages it directly. If you have any questions, we can help you quickly!
It's about a 9-minute walk to Seongsu Station, and there's a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, so transportation is convenient. While you're staying, I'll lend you my bicycle for free so you can use it for nearby places.
Non-face-to-face tours are also available, so you can choose the method that's most convenient for you. You're also welcome to visit in person and look around the room anytime!
We will do our best to help you with anything you need for your stay. Please feel free to ask us for any information you may need during your short business trip or vacation. Seongsu-dong, a popular hot spot, is full of restaurants and attractions, so you'll have a great time! Songjeong Embankment Road, a 3-minute walk away, is a great place for walking, exercising, and running. There is a community center and Seongsu Police Station nearby, so it is safe, and you can borrow books from the library. There is also a 24-hour convenience store and a large grocery store nearby, making it convenient to shop.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
The apartment itself is well-furnished, features nice technology, and appears newly renovated; however, it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. There were oil splatters on the kitchen walls and counter, hair wrapped around the shower faucet, the bedding was slightly torn, the bathroom mirror was heavily stained with limescale, and the bathroom floor around the toilet had some stains.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were several dead flies in the refrigerator, and I even found a used bandage on the floor. What I find particularly unacceptable is that the owner completely ignored my inquiries regarding these issues; I honestly cannot understand that. The location is excellent and very quiet. The building itself is old, but the room is reasonably clean overall.
