This is a clean, fully-furnished studio apartment in a white tone. It is a room that is sufficient for 1-2 people to live in. It has everything you need. It has a queen-size bed, ample space, a 43-inch TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi. We hope you have a comfortable rest in a clean and cozy accommodation, just like your own home. ^^
It is a 6-minute walk from Gupabal Station. There are many bus lines in front of Lotte Mall in front of Sungmo Hospital.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a guide message after the contract is confirmed. Smoking is prohibited in the building. Pets are not allowed. Please refrain from cooking food with a strong odor. Please be especially careful about noise after 8 PM.
Bukhansan National Park, Sungmo Hospital, and Lotte Mall are nearby, and Goyang Starfield is 10 minutes away. There are many convenience stores, laundromats, dry cleaners, hair salons, nail shops, and restaurants in the accommodation building. In addition, the surrounding commercial area is well developed, so there are many kinds of food and restaurants. It is convenient to go to the center of Seoul because there is a Line 3 that starts from Gupabal Station.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional charges.

Everything was prepared so that I could simply arrive with just my personal belongings. The owner was flexible with check-in and check-out times and responded promptly, so the contactless process was convenient. There was an odor coming from the bathroom, but I kept the exhaust fan running 24/7 and the door closed; the fan was quiet, so it didn't bother me. I deducted one star because I had to be mindful about keeping the bathroom door closed. I received a coffee coupon upon check-out.
This is a place where you can relax as if you were in your own home. ^^
