This is a quiet and comfortable detached house located in the seaside village of Jocheon. The living room and bedroom offer views of Yeonbukjeong and the sea, providing a comfortable and stylish space. It is suitable for monthly stays and short-term rentals. Jocheon Port is right in front, making it great for walks. With 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen, totaling 22 pyeong, it is ideal for a family of four.
- There is a bus stop 5 minutes away. - There are amenities such as Hanaro Mart, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance (5 minutes). - There is a convenience store within walking distance (1 minute). - Located in Jocheon Village, it is quiet but also offers convenient access to amenities.
- Check-in time: After 4 PM / Check-out time: 12 PM. Times can be adjusted depending on the situation. - Check-in and check-out are contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a text message with instructions. - There is ample parking space in front of the house, making parking convenient. - The main room has a comfortable twin electric motion bed. - The sub-room is equipped with a low queen mattress.
You can watch Netflix and YouTube on the 32-inch smart TV. (Real-time regular broadcasting is not available) The space is suitable for short-term rentals as it is equipped with a dryer, dishwasher, water purifier, Ilum motion bed, bidet, microwave, toaster, oven, baby high chair, etc. *** Please be sure to check the additional rules of use!!! - Heating and electricity bills will be settled upon check-out based on usage (utilities not included) - Consumables such as towels, shampoo, and toilet paper are not provided (rental O, accommodation X) - Bedding is not provided. How to prepare bedding? 1. Bring your own light bedding as there is an electric blanket 2. Our family of three, including a 15-month-old baby, had a truly relaxing month-long stay in Jocheon. We loved the location and the overall cozy atmosphere, and we’re leaving with wonderful memories of Jeju. However, it was a bit disappointing that one of the adjustable beds was broken, so we couldn't use it properly during our stay. If that issue were fixed, the experience would be absolutely perfect for future guests. Despite that minor drawback, we were satisfied overall and will likely think of this place again for our next trip to Jeju.
