- This accommodation has been meticulously prepared to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. - The air conditioner was newly installed in September 2025. - Most items were prepared new when we opened. - The standing TV allows you to move freely in the living room and bedroom. Internet access is available for services like YouTube.
- It is about a 3-minute walk from Chungdae Intersection to Temigogae. - It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Panam IC.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, the owner will send you a guide text. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep quiet after 10 PM. - Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
- Please use the bedding cleanly. - Please put the fixtures back in their place. - If the drain is clogged with wet wipes or food in the toilet, you may be charged. - Please separate recyclables and put them in the large bag for separate collection. - For additional guests other than the first person, please inquire.
