All appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, bed, sofa) have been replaced with new ones, so they are in top condition. Amenities such as a styler, ice water dispenser, toaster, oven, and mixer are provided, making it very convenient to use.
It is a 7-minute walk from Seocho Station, 3 minutes by village bus, and a 7-minute walk from Bangbae Station. If you have a car, transportation is good and parking is available.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a comfortable stay.
The host was nice, and getting to Daechi-dong was easier than I expected.
