- Move-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Pets are not allowed, and late-night disturbances such as parties are prohibited. - Basic household waste and food waste can be separated and disposed of on the first floor of the apartment. - Check-in is at 3 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11 AM on the last day.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you use them excessively, you may be charged extra.

It was easy to use. I liked that I could sleep without any cold air in the house. Most of all, my mother-in-law also had a comfortable rest. ^^ There weren't enough dishes, so there's a Daiso nearby, about 10 minutes away by car, and a market within 10-15 minutes. ^^ I bought what I needed at Daiso and ordered food from the market in between, so I ate well. ^^ Tongyeong is about 30 minutes away, so it's good for sightseeing. ^^ There was no coffee pot, but I bought a pot at Daiso and used it well. ^^ I rested, played, and ate well!!!
