Parking at the Onesta building is available for a fee (up to 45,000 KRW per day). While you can park for free at nearby Triple Street or Hyundai Outlet during their business hours, overnight parking is not permitted there; instead, you can use the parking lot at the Yeonsu-gu Office Annex 2 for free during the night. If you are arriving by subway, the Onesta building is immediately visible upon exiting Technopark Station via Exit 2.

The base maintenance fee is calculated at 80,000 KRW per week. Please note, however, that this building incurs high maintenance costs. Excessive use of electricity, heating, or cooling beyond average levels may result in additional charges upon checkout. We kindly ask you to use the utilities responsibly, just as you would in your own home.
