- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - As this is an officetel, the management fee rates are higher than those of standard residential homes. (*If the heating system is used extensively during the winter, the monthly management fee may exceed 500,000 KRW.) - If electricity and gas usage is excessive (exceeding 400,000 KRW), additional charges may be requested upon check-out.
