- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in time is after 3 PM / Check-out time is 11 AM but can be arranged in advance. - 3 days before your check-in date, we will send you a message with usage instructions after your contract is confirmed. - Please let us know the purpose of your short-term rental and the number of people when requesting a contract. - Registration of residence is not permitted. - Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. (Special cleaning fees may be charged if smoking or pets are present.)
- Various convenience facilities are available within a 10-minute walk from the accommodation. - Although my accommodation is listed as a basement floor in the building register, the actual site is a basement floor that feels exactly like a first floor. There are no stairs leading down to a lower level, and it looks and feels like a first floor. - Our guests use our accommodation for various purposes, including attending Gangnam academies, business trips, hospital visits, traveling with friends and family, and during remodeling periods. - If you have any questions regarding advance reservations, please feel free to contact us, and we will answer them sincerely.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
