The interior is clean and well-organized. All options are available, so it is convenient to move in right away. As a short-term rental space, not an accommodation, personal amenities are not provided.
Parking is available within the complex, and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Kyungpook National University, EXCO, and the airport are approximately a 5-minute drive away. Palgongsan IC is within a 10-minute drive. Dongdaegu Station is a 10-15 minute drive away.
Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions on the day of move-in. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. A separate cleaning fee will not be charged. However, please tidy up before checking out.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. If the management fee is exceeded due to excessive use of the included items, an additional management fee may be requested.

It was the perfect accommodation for me. The neighborhood was quiet, and the house was quiet without noise, perhaps because it was well soundproofed. It was spacious without feeling stuffy, and the house was very cozy and warm. It was really clean, and I could feel that they had paid attention to everything from the props to the amenities that could be used comfortably. I was touched by their meticulous attention to detail from before check-in. It's on the 5th floor without an elevator, but it was such a good accommodation that it wasn't a problem at all. Thanks to you, I had a comfortable trip! I plan to use it again when I visit Daegu. 😊
