We are the owners and built this house as if it were our own. You will be the first to move in. It is a 3-minute walk from Naebang Station and is located above the Seoripul Tunnel in Bangbae-dong, making it a 5-minute drive to Gangnam and Seocho. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

General management fees are 100,000 won per month, but we have set it at 30,000 won. However, electricity and gas are not included. We will settle the payment upon check-out. Please be aware of this.
My parents stayed here for an extended period while the elevator in their apartment building was undergoing renovations. The owner gave us a warm welcome and frequently checked in on us, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The location might seem a bit secluded, but that actually makes it nice and quiet. Buses run right up to the doorstep, and a short walk takes you to famous café streets and plenty of dining options, making it feel like a getaway. There is a small mountain right behind the property, so the air quality is great for Seoul, and it was perfect for taking leisurely walks. I highly recommend it.
I stayed with my kids for a month while my house was being renovated, and we had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences. It was nice because it was new and clean, and I think the biggest advantage is that there are many parking spaces.
