We will accommodate your preferred check-in and check-out times as much as possible. Please contact us via chat if you wish to extend your stay. Disposable items (toothpaste/toothbrush, towels, shampoo, etc.) are not provided. No smoking indoors, no parties, no pets, and no excessive noise (to avoid complaints).
Resident registration (moving-in report) is strictly prohibited; the premises are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. - Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoking occurs or pets are brought in. (Professional cleaning service fee: 150,000–400,000 KRW) CCTV and 24-hour security office. Upon lease expiration, the bed undergoes specialized antibacterial cleaning or replacement, regardless of whether it was used. Built-in appliances (refrigerator, 2 air conditioners, washing machine, heat exchanger), queen-size solid wood bed, microwave, steam cleaner, cordless vacuum, chargers (Type-C, Apple), Wi-Fi, work desk, conference table, paper shredder, air purifier, A4 paper, Epson color printer, two 27-inch monitors with monitor arms, laptop connection cables, floor chair, floor table, TV, fully automatic bidet. Rooftop garden, laundry area (B1), waste sorting/recycling area (B2), parking lot (B2–B4; paid service: 38,000 KRW/month, contractible in 30-day units; vehicle registration certificate required prior to move-in).
You may be charged additional fees if utility costs (electricity, gas, or water) are excessive. Please make sure to keep the windows closed while using the air conditioner to avoid high electricity bills. (Costs will not exceed the standard amount if you treat the place like your own home.)
