Pros - The location is amazing. As soon as you step out of the house, you're in the city center, and there's a convenience store a 10-second walk away. The beach is a 30-second walk. The back alley feels like a mix of Euljiro and Seongsu-dong! There are also many good restaurants nearby. It's easy to get around to other neighborhoods, taxis are readily available, and you can see the ocean if you turn from the room to the outside. As someone who was born and has only lived in apartments, I was excited and amazed by the unique structure (it even has an attic and a rooftop like in the movies). You can enjoy the drone show privately from the rooftop. It's incredibly romantic. Cons - It's a popular spot, so it's noisy. The pub in front of the house is open from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Even when it's closed, you can hear a lot of music and people, but the playlist was similar to mine, so it was actually a lucky break! It might be inconvenient for those who go to bed early. Since it's an old house, the door sills are low, so you constantly have to bend your back when walking around, and go up and down stairs. I also often hit my head. The bathroom drain doesn't drain well, probably because of the sand. There's a strong draft.
