It's a pretty house full of happiness~~^^ In the event of damage or fire, the short-term tenant will be fully responsible. Please keep this in mind and be careful~~
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, an additional management fee may be requested. If electricity or gas usage exceeds 30,000 KRW per month, an additional charge will be incurred after checking the meter. Please make sure to set the boiler to 'away' mode when you go out (please save energy).
