The building includes a GS convenience store, KFC, Tom N Toms, and a 24-hour women's sauna in the basement. - 3-minute walk to Starbucks. - Police station and fire station are very close. - Free internet, Wi-Fi, YouTube, and Netflix available.
- 6 minutes by car from Samsung Electronics Hwaseong Campus. - 6 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop. - 7 minutes on foot from the Gangnam Station wide-area bus stop. - 10 minutes by car or about 15 minutes by bus from Dongtan Station SRT/GTX.
- Check-in is contactless. Upon confirmation of the contract, we will send you a text message with the unit's password and usage instructions on the day of check-in. - Standard occupancy: 2 people. - Check-in: After 3 PM Check-out: Before 11 AM - Bathroom amenities and some disposable items are restricted. - Towels, hand wash, shampoo, body wash, detergent, etc. are provided. (Toothbrushes, toothpaste, conditioner, etc. are not provided.) - No pets allowed, no smoking (cleaning fees may be charged for violations). - Free access to the first floor.
- Parking is 36,000 won per month, which is 9,000 won per week. Please contact us before moving in to register. - Please be mindful of excessive noise or behavior that may disturb neighbors. - In case of damage or loss of items upon check-out, additional charges may apply. - Please dispose of recyclables, general waste, and food waste on the first basement floor.
