Note: The office-style room comes with dual monitors. ✨Includes TV (Netflix, YouTube, and cable), dining table and chairs, dual monitors, pull-up machine, mood lighting in the living room, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator, washing machine, and bidet—just bring yourself. 🚌 Direct buses to Dunsan-dong and Bongmyeong-dong are available right in front of the building (approx. 20-minute trip). 🚇 Notably, the bus to Bongmyeong-dong (Yuseong Spa Station) takes just 15 minutes and connects to the subway for easy access to Dunsan-dong, Eunhaeng-dong, and Daejeon Station. 🚗 Roadside, surface-level, and public parking options are available. 🚲 A 6-minute walk leads to Tandong Stream (connected to Gapcheon Stream) and a spacious sports field with a running track—perfect for running and soccer!

🛏 Within an 8-minute walk, you’ll find Daiso, a forest library, a supermarket, and various restaurants. 🛋 The living room sofa converts into a bed (sofa bed) by pulling it forward and reclining the backrest. Many researchers with master’s and doctoral degrees live nearby, so the neighbors are truly courteous and well-mannered. 😊 Enjoy a cozy atmosphere—like visiting a relative’s home—and a pleasant stay filled with natural light from the south-facing windows, all while surrounded by the forest, away from the city bustle. Electricity, water, internet, and gas are included. All rates are based on one person. We accommodate up to four people; for each additional person, there is a surcharge of 15,000 KRW per week added to the service fee. 🤱 Free for children under 24 months.
