This is the first tenant after the recent remodeling. The bedding, desk, etc. are new. The bed mattress is a little small 😢 There is a microwave and water purifier on the stairs to the 2nd floor 😁 There is a washing machine in the bathroom on the 5th floor and on the rooftop 😃 You can hang your laundry on the rooftop drying rack! There are 2 laundromats within a 1-minute walk.
Seoul National University Venture Town Station (Sillim Line) and bus stops (Mirim Pass, Goshichon Entrance) are a 5-minute walk away. It takes about 10 minutes to Sillim Station and about 13 minutes to Seoul National University Station.

There are several convenience facilities within a 1-minute walk, such as a self-service laundry, convenience store, cafe, and reading room. We can store your bulky luggage (e.g., a travel carrier). Foreigners and Seoul National University Exchange Students are welcome. 😁 There are two laundry shops within a minute's walk. If you have any other questions, please contact me.
Items included in the maintenance fee will not be charged separately. 30,000 won for cleaning when checking out. The utility bills including maintenance fee is 10,000 won per week.
I had a wonderful stay.
As anyone who has lived in a studio apartment knows, it is rare to find the level of convenience, cleanliness, and thoughtful care provided by the owner here in other buildings. Thanks to that, as well as the considerate manners of the fellow residents, I had a very comfortable stay. I am leaving this review to help those currently looking for a room.
