Please refrain from making noise after 9 PM. - Please turn off the boiler, air conditioner, and lights when you go out or leave. - Please smoke outside the building. (A fine of 200,000 won and special cleaning fees will be charged for indoor smoking) - Cooking food with a strong odor is not allowed. (Special cleaning fees will be charged for violations) - Please inform the host for any damage or contamination for discussion. - In case of theft of fixtures and accessories, the cost of the item will be charged. - We will strive to create a good space. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. *Gas and electricity fees* Recently, there have been cases where management fees of up to 500,000 won per month were charged due to increased use of heating/cooling. Please be advised that if the additional charge is less than 50,000 won from the usual standard of 250,000 won, the host will bear the full amount, and anything above that may be charged to the guest.
