This is a newly built, detached concrete building with a modern and minimalist interior. It consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, jacuzzi bathtub, shower room, and toilet. There is a yard with a lawn and garden, as well as an outdoor terrace area. Located on high ground, it offers a great view of the old downtown of Gongju from the front, and a pleasant mountain view from the back. The management office also operates as a front desk and cafe.
Take bus 130 and get off in front of Gongju High School. Walk 10 minutes to the left, facing the main gate. (Concrete square building visible from the back gate of Geumhak Elementary School) If you walk, you have to go up the hill. Parking is available right in front of the accommodation and is spacious. It is located in the old city center across the river from Singwan-dong, where the express bus terminal is located, and where tourist attractions such as the Royal Tomb of King Muryeong, Gongsanseong Fortress, and Jeminchen are concentrated.

Jeminchen, where restaurants, cafes, independent bookstores, bakeries, workshops, and the Na Tae-joo Literature Museum are gathered, is a 10-minute walk away, making it a pleasant stroll. It is a good location to enjoy a trip to Gongju, where Gongju city's tourist attractions such as Muryeongwangneung, Gongsanseong, Hanok Village, and Gongju Sanseong Market are located along with the charming and friendly neighborhood alleys. We provide one free drink per day (for 2 people) at Cafe Hakgwanchon, which we operate together.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I had a comfortable and relaxing week-long stay. The host was kind and the dog, Bambi, was cute! I want to come again next time. ^^

I was satisfied because it was very clean, and the coffee the owner provided was lovely.. 🩵🩵 My family and I were planning to go to Gongju again throughout our stay at the accommodation..!
