It was inconvenient due to the landlord's slow response. I moved in during a holiday weekend and inquired about parking registration, but received no reply; consequently, I had to go through the hassle of contacting the security office every time I wanted to take my car out throughout the holiday. Also, the faucet diverter wasn't replaced, so I had to scoop water manually for a whole month. The advantage is that there is plenty of parking space.
I had a comfortable stay. The room has a particularly beautiful night view.
