- It is a double station area between Eonju Station and Hakdong Station. - It is 3 seconds away from the convenience store. - There is an Ediya Reserve store across the street.

All utility bills are included in the management fee. A new bed and mattress are provided, and it is the same mattress used in hotels. Options include 2 beds (Q/SS), TV, microwave, drawers, dressing table, bookshelf, stand, and washing machine. Pots, cutting boards, and knives are provided. The standard occupancy is 2 people, and an additional person costs 10,000 won per day. The pet cleaning fee is an additional 60,000 won.
It has a serene, holy atmosphere being right in front of the Catholic church. There’s a central courtyard that’s perfect for spending time with my dog, and the security guards are incredibly kind.
