- Check-in is contactless. (Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 11 AM) - Upon check-in, you will be given the password for the 1st floor common entrance and the room password. - Up to 2 people can stay. (Additional charges apply for 3 or more people) - Smoking and pets are prohibited. (Immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees will be charged if discovered)
-Convenience facilities such as Lotte Mart, convenience stores, coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, and hospitals are all within a 3-minute walk. -There is a large supermarket (E-Mart) within a 10-minute walk, making it convenient for grocery shopping. -There is a standalone Uniqlo warehouse store within a 10-minute walk, perfect for quick shopping. -Bulgwangcheon Stream is within a 10-minute walk, making it great for a stroll! -The Seobu Police Station is within a 5-minute walk, ensuring good security. -Please be considerate and refrain from making noise after 10 PM to avoid any disturbance. -If cosmetics, blood, hair dye, or other substances cause stains on room items that cannot be removed, a special cleaning fee or replacement cost will be charged. -In case of damage or loss of items, the corresponding cost will be charged. -Available: System hanger and clothes hangers, office desk and PC monitor (laptop connection possible), clothes drying rack (ceiling type), full-length mirror, tableware for 2 people and simple cooking utensils. -Not available: Consumables such as toilet paper, soaps, and detergents, scrubbers, trash bags, towels, bedding, and disposable items are not provided.

I had a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was quick, and they were very considerate in ensuring everything went smoothly.
I was worried because it didn't get any sunlight, but it was quiet and brightly lit, so it was a good place to stay. Sometimes, I think it was the sewer, but the smell would suddenly come up, but it would go away quickly, so it was okay. There was no noise and the transportation was convenient, so I had a good two months. Thank you to the host for responding kindly. I think it's better than the more expensive Airbnb I stayed at when I came to Korea for vacation, so I'm willing to use it again next time.
