It is a 15-20 minute walk to Gukje Market, Jagalchi Market, Bosu-dong Book Alley, Bupyeong-dong Kkangtong Market, Night Market, Gwangbok-dong, and Nampo-dong. There is a bus stop near the house on Sanbok-ro, so it takes about 16 minutes by bus to Busan Station, and Songdo Beach is about 16 minutes away by bus. Democracy Park is a 15-minute walk away, where there are walking trails and the Busan Municipal Library.

Parking is not available. Recycling bins are located inside the room building, so you can separate your recyclables at any time. Pets are not allowed. The common entrance is secured with a password and CCTV, making it a safe area.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
