1) This unique accommodation boasts an original style and is operated with separate floors for men and women. 2) The men's floor does not have in-room showers or sinks, but the women's floor does. Please inform us of your gender when booking. 3) All facilities, including washing machines, dryers, water purifiers, microwaves, digital door locks, high-speed internet, and WIFI, are available for free use. 4) Some rooms have windows, but interior rooms may not. Please note that this varies depending on the booking situation. 5) According to Korean law, daily rentals are not permitted, and the provision of amenities and bedding is limited. If you need bedding, you must prepare it yourself, but we can rent or purchase it for you upon request. 6) You must bring your own personal hygiene items and detergent. 7) It is located a 10-minute walk from Jangja Lake Park Station on Seoul Subway Line 8. Nearby, there is the Guri City Library and a lake park, as well as various convenience facilities.
There are no separate management fees.
