After the contract is confirmed, we will provide check-in instructions one day before the rental contract date. Check-in is contactless. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited (a fine and additional cleaning fee of 150,000 won will be imposed if discovered). Contract start time: 4 PM, Contract end time: 11 AM
There are convenience stores, cafes, and coin laundries in the building, and restaurants, hospitals, and banks nearby, making it convenient. When moving furniture and fixtures, please return them to their original places before checking out. Please dispose of trash in the recycling and general waste bins on the B1 floor.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive electricity, water, or gas (over 70,000 KRW), you will be charged separately upon check-out, and additional charges will be applied if the management fee is excessive. Please turn off the air conditioner and boiler when you leave to save energy.
I didn't need much since I was out most of the time, so this place worked well for me. It was simple yet effective, and the host was kind enough to accommodate a late check-out. Thank you.
