It has three elevators and underground parking down to the second basement level, as well as above-ground parking. There is a small park at the nearest entrance, and Lotte Mall is a 5-minute walk away. The first floor of the building conveniently houses a convenience store, restaurant, fried chicken shop, and cafe. It is located in a prime location, within a 10-minute drive of major tourist attractions. Thank you.
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, and it is easy to call a taxi. There is ample parking and parking space.
