Check-in is contactless. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 12 PM. If you need anything, we will send it to you via Rocketry the next day within the necessary range.
Simple cooking is not allowed. For trash generated during your stay, please purchase a standard trash bag from the convenience store 1 minute away, put the trash in the bag, and dispose of it in the recycling bins on the first floor in front of the accommodation. Please be mindful of noise as this is a residential area, and avoid making loud noises late at night. Pets and smoking are prohibited.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use them excessively, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.^^

The accommodation matches the description and I had no major issues. I'm giving it 4 stars because it is a semi-basement, so there isn't much natural light and it can get quite humid even with ventilation. Also, a tip for foreigners: you need to buy specific trash bags for food and general waste at the convenience store.
