I signed a 4-week contract and extended it by one week. The host demanded an additional cleaning fee, claiming it was a long-term stay, but I refused to pay. Although parking was advertised as available, when I inquired, I was told to park at a nearby community center or at the villa across the street. When I parked at the villa across the street, I was treated like a madman, and I received a call from the community center asking me to move my car. In short, there is nowhere to park. The rain gutter in front of the second-floor entrance is clogged; whenever it rains, water pools there until it evaporates naturally. You can only access the entrance once the water has dried up to some extent. Although the move-out details were agreed upon in advance, the host contacted me via text and phone on the actual day of departure. Additionally, the general condition of the property differs from the photos.
I used it well and am leaving now. Parking was difficult, but it's right next door. It's okay because the community center can be used after 6 PM.
