This is a recently remodeled room. It's a modern room with a clean, white tone. Although it's a semi-basement, it gets good sunlight, so the atmosphere is bright. It's a fully-equipped two-room apartment with one queen-size bed, an air conditioner, a TV (Samsung 32-inch), and Wi-Fi (see options). Please inform us of the number of people when requesting to rent. Basic cooking utensils, pots, and dishes are all provided. As this is a quiet residential area, please refrain from excessive noise as it may cause complaints.
It is an 11-minute walk to Guui Station (Naver Map) and a 30-minute subway ride to Gangnam Station (Naver Map). In addition, there is a bus route to the north end of Jamsil Bridge within a 5-minute walk. Parking is not available, but the Jayang 5-gu temporary public parking lot or the Dong Seoul Terminal paid street parking lot are available within a 5-minute walk.
Move-in is contactless. If you wish to view the room in advance, please let us know beforehand. Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with move-in and usage instructions. Please note that indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited (a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for violations). Recycling and food waste can be disposed of in the first-floor yard. Check-in: 3 PM, Check-out: 11 AM.
Due to the nature of the residential area in Jayang-dong, it is a very safe area. Please refer to the shared photos of the facility's condition upon moving in after the contract. Please note that if there is damage or serious contamination to facilities such as TVs or beds upon moving out, you may be charged. When requesting a rental, please clearly state the number of people, as this will be referenced when the contract is approved. If the number of people stated does not match, an additional fee will be charged. CU convenience store is a 3-minute walk, and Daiso Guui Station branch is a 10-minute walk. This is a short-term rental, so moving-in registration is not possible. As this is a short-term rental business, not an accommodation business like Airbnb, it is difficult to provide excessive disposable items.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you use excessive amounts of electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out.
The landlord is quick to respond and truly kind! There were no bugs, the water pressure was great, and it was close to a CU convenience store and within walking distance of the station. Even though it's a semi-basement unit, I liked that I didn't run into anyone even with the windows open. I'm leaving after getting a good start on my wedding preparations! Haha.
