-There is a GS convenience store, a restaurant, and a laundry on the first basement floor of the building. -There are Outback Steakhouse and KuuKuu restaurants nearby, as well as other popular restaurants. There is also a large Lotte Maxx Mart right in front of the accommodation, and Sangmu Park and Uncheon Reservoir Park are 5-10 minutes away. There is also a free parking lot within a 5-minute walk. There are Megabox and CGV movie theaters nearby. -Pets are not allowed. -Moving registration is not allowed. -In case of severe contamination, damage to wallpaper, curtains, or flooring upon check-out, a separate cleaning fee of 300,000 won may be charged. -All indoor areas of this building are non-smoking. (If indoor smoking is confirmed, a cleaning fee of 150,000-300,000 won will be charged.) -If electricity is used excessively, an additional fee will be charged upon check-out. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was incredibly clean and conveniently located near a supermarket; also, as visitors from abroad who find using taxis difficult, we really appreciated having a taxi stand nearby.
It's a clean and very nice house. The furniture and household items are all good, and it feels like the owner put a lot of care into it, as if it were their own home. There's no noise between floors. The management also feels like it's at a hotel level.
