- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. (Violators will be immediately evicted, and the deposit will not be refunded.) - The maximum occupancy is 4 people (50,000 KRW per additional person). - Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- You will be charged for damages or breakage of items. - Additional charges may apply if electricity, heating, hot water, or water usage exceeds the average. - Due to regulations, blankets and pillows are not provided for short-term rentals. Please bring your own bedding. Bed sheets are washed and prepared. Thank you.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I stayed for a rather long time of 5 weeks due to home interior construction, and I was very satisfied throughout my stay. First of all, the location is the best. There were no inconveniences in my daily life because the surrounding area had a supermarket and a hospital nearby. In addition, since it was an apartment rather than a general officetel or studio, the space was pleasant, and I was able to stay in a stable and convenient way in many ways. Thanks to this, I was able to rest comfortably like my own home without getting tired during the long construction period.
