This is a clean, modern, separate-room studio in a near-new building on Line 3, decorated in a white tone. It's a fully furnished room with a double bed, TV, and dining table. CU convenience store and 24-hour mart are a 2-minute walk away. The room has new wallpaper and water-stain-free faucets. The bathroom wall tiles are mold-free. Regular pest control and disinfection are performed. The air conditioner is cleaned every year.
Suseongmot Station on Line 3. Hwanggeum Station is a 5-minute walk. Bus stop is a 4-minute walk. Laundry is a 2-minute walk. Homeplus and Daiso are a 7-minute walk. Suseongmot is a 7-minute walk. It's good for taking a walk. The Line 3 area is convenient for accessing famous tourist attractions in Daegu. It's a 10-minute drive to Dongseong-ro, Gyodong, and Kim Gwangseok Street. It's a 10-minute drive to Dongdaegu Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. However, if there are no check-out guests on the same day, you can check in at any time. Smoking indoors and bringing pets are not allowed. The maximum number of occupants is limited to 2 people. No smoking indoors. If you smoke, you will be immediately asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The smoking area and recycling bins are on the 1st floor. Pets are not allowed. Cooking strong-smelling food or having parties is prohibited. No move-in registration. In case of violation of the above special provisions, you will be asked to leave without a refund of the usage fee.
Water stains!!! Mold!!! The owner is serious about hair!!! A vacuum cleaner, fan, and hair dryer are provided. The blankets and rugs are washed and laid out by me. Please use them with peace of mind. I personally clean them after you check out!
Electricity and gas bills are not included in the management fee. We will take a picture of the meter when you check in and check out, and charge you based on your actual usage when you check out.
