Located a 5-minute walk from Subway Line 3, this is a modern, "semi-new" studio with a separate kitchen area and a clean white aesthetic. Fully furnished unit including a double bed, TV, and dining table. A CU convenience store and a 24-hour mart are just a 2-minute walk away. Freshly wallpapered room; spotless faucets free of water stains. No mold on bathroom wall tiles. Regular pest control and disinfection. Air conditioner cleaned annually. Well-maintained property managed directly by the owner. Secure and safe living: features a main entrance security system, CCTV around the building, electronic door locks, and an inner vestibule door in every unit. Ground-floor parking area accommodating 8 vehicles.
A 5-minute walk to Suseongmot Station and Hwanggeum Station (Line 3). A 4-minute walk to the bus stop. A 2-minute walk to the laundromat. A 7-minute walk to Homeplus and Daiso. A 7-minute walk to Suseongmot Lake; great for a stroll. Convenient access to famous Daegu tourist attractions via Line 3. A 10-minute drive to Dongseong-ro, Gyodong, and Kim Kwang-seok Street. A 10-minute drive to Dongdaegu Station.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM; however, early check-in is possible if there are no departing guests that day. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two people. Smoking is prohibited indoors; smoking will result in immediate eviction and a charge for additional cleaning fees. The smoking area and recycling station are located on the first floor. Pets are not allowed. Cooking strong-smelling foods and hosting parties are prohibited. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. Violation of the above terms will result in eviction without a refund of the rental fee.
No water stains or mold here! I am absolutely meticulous about cleanliness—especially when it comes to stray hairs! I’ve provided a vacuum cleaner, a fan, a hair dryer, and more for your convenience. The bedding and rugs are freshly laundered at a professional laundromat. Please use them with confidence; I personally handle the cleaning after every guest checks out!
Electricity charges are not included in the maintenance fee. Meter readings will be taken via photographs upon check-in and check-out, and the final charge will be based on actual usage.
It was clean and quiet, so I had a comfortable stay.
