The manager was incredibly kind and responsive. My family, visiting from abroad, stayed here for three weeks; the location was great and the place was clean, so they had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few downsides: the sofa sagged too much (it was uncomfortable), the blinds wouldn't close all the way at the top (this needs fixing; since the bed was on the upper level, the light was glaring while trying to sleep), and there were cracks in the bathroom sink and surrounding tiles, as well as signs of water leakage in the corner of the living room—disappointing issues for a new building. I assume these were construction-related flaws, and the manager's kindness and quick responses made them easy to overlook. We had a good stay.
