A perfect place for a month-long stay in Jungmun-dong, Seogwipo, Jeju! Offers great views and is located near Saekdal Beach and the Seogwipo Jungmun Tourist Complex. A fully furnished, built-in studio unit at Jungmun Ocean Cloud, situated on a prime high floor in a preferred building. Equipped with an illy coffee machine; simply bring your own capsules to enjoy delicious coffee while taking in the stunning view. Reservations are accepted for stays of 4 weeks (one month) or longer. Less than a 1-minute walk to the Jungmun 5-Day Market. Professional interior maintenance provided (including periodic air conditioner cleaning) to ensure a pleasant living environment.
Directions to Jungmun Ocean Cloud - By car: 51 minutes from Jeju Airport (- The drive into Jungmun is wonderful; you will feel the refreshing atmosphere of Jeju.) (Enter 'Jungmun Ocean Cloud' or the address '26, Cheonjeyeon-ro 178beon-gil, Seogwipo-si' into your navigation system.) - By public transport: 1 hour 8 minutes Jeju Airport Express Buses 181, 182, 182-1; Circular Bus 901 Get off at Jungmun Post Office
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, I will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking indoors and bringing pets are strictly prohibited. (Additional fees for facility restoration and cleaning will apply.) - Please send me a chat or text message if you wish to extend your stay. (Please note that I may have blocked off dates following your check-out date for cleaning purposes.)
- Located near Saekdal Beach, a surfing hotspot. - Plenty of great restaurants nearby. - Access to community facilities (gym, indoor golf range) is available. - Bring your own coffee capsules to relax and enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of your home. - Fully furnished with ample storage space for a comfortable stay. Lots of great restaurants in the area, too! - Please tidy up the place and dispose of food and general waste before checking out. - You will be liable for any damage or breakage of property. - Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. - Pets are not allowed.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of the included utilities may result in a request for an additional management fee.
I visit this building often, but this particular unit has a great view. Please remember to bring your own consumables, such as toilet paper, shampoo, and soap.
