The contract is non-face-to-face, and the accommodation guide will be sent at the time of the contract. It has the same structure as two roommate rooms. Currently, 5 short-term rental rooms are in operation. There is no bathroom in the room, but there is a bathroom in front of the front door. And since each room has a bathroom, there is no inconvenience in using the shared bathroom.
For those on a business trip, there is no better accommodation than this. After a long day, you can rest in a cozy bed prepared just for you. Comfortable bedding and a quiet environment will help you continue the joy of your trip even after you fall asleep. There are convenience stores and large supermarkets near the accommodation, so you can easily purchase any items you need. In addition, Hwaseong City Hall is located nearby, allowing you to enjoy your trip in a convenient situation. Furthermore, you can walk to various restaurants and bars in the nearby commercial district. Enjoying the beautiful city scenery while taking a stroll will be another charm of your trip. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was a bit inconvenient that the bathroom was on the 4th floor and I had to open the door to go out, but the most inconvenient thing was that there was no hair dryer. The manager said, "It's a cheaper room than other places, so just use it," which was very frustrating. The door number lock also worked intermittently... I had a very uncomfortable stay for a week.
It was a good value for money for a long business trip.
