This is a fully furnished officetel with high ceilings and a clean design, built in 2024. It is very close to Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital, just one BRT stop away and a 7-minute walk. Osong Station is 15 minutes away, and the Government Complex is 5 minutes away. Apartment amenities (fitness center, various community facilities) are available. Common facilities include a separate recycling area, a playground, a smoking room, and an unmanned parcel locker.
There is a BRT stop just a 1-2 minute walk from the house. It is a 7-minute walk from Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital, 5 minutes from the Government Complex, and 15 minutes from Osong Station, making transportation very convenient.
Check-in is contactless. Smoking is prohibited indoors. On the day of check-in, we will inform you of the common entrance and door password. When checking out, please dispose of trash in the separate collection bins next to the outdoor parking lot. There are shops in the apartment complex and across the street in Haemil-dong, as well as various convenience facilities (Paris Baguette, Gong Cha, Lotteria, coffee shops, schools, academies, convenience stores, supermarkets, snack bars, fried chicken restaurants, etc.). It's a new officetel, so it's clean and pleasant, with a built-in washing machine and storage on the second floor. On the first floor, there is internet TV (free internet access), an induction cooktop, a ceiling-mounted air conditioner, and a ceiling-mounted air purifier. There is also an elevator call button for convenience. Move-in registration is not allowed.
Items not included in the management fee will be settled and billed upon check-out. If items included in the management fee are used excessively, additional management fees may be requested.

I had a great time for two weeks. Blankets are not usually provided, but the host asked in advance and provided them, which was convenient. There are various types of dishes and everything you need in the kitchen! It's almost like a pension, but the difference is that there's no toilet paper or towels. Also, there's no extra charge based on the number of people, so it's perfect if you're looking for a place for 2-3 people. The host was kind and responded quickly, which I appreciated. This experience made me actively recommend short-term rentals. It's perfect for stays of 1-2 weeks, not just one or two days!
