- Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to check in. - Check-in is contactless, and we will provide you with the door lock password for your stay. - The standard setup is for 2 people. (Additional guests will incur an extra charge) - Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.
It is convenient to live in the building as there is an E-Mart, bank, Paris Baguette, restaurant on the first basement floor, health center, and 24-hour sauna. ▶ Recommended for the following guests. - 2-3 family trips - Business trips to Gangnam, Seoul - Samsung Medical Center check-ups, nursing, treatment, dispatch, etc. - COEX, SETEC exhibition visits - Students and families attending classes in Daechi-dong - Short-term residence for home interior repairs - Short-term entry ▶ Precautions - No smoking (cigarettes, e-cigarettes) - No pets allowed - Toothbrushes and toothpaste not provided - Paid parking (using the public parking lot right next door is cheaper.)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If excessive electricity charges are incurred, you may be charged separately.
The accommodation was spotless and fully equipped with everything imaginable. The way the towels were folded felt even more upscale than a hotel, and the place was absolutely flawless. The bedding was cleaner than what you’d find in a hotel, and the view outside was wonderful. The building houses an E-Mart, a convenience store, restaurants, and a bakery, and taking the elevator to the basement level connects you directly to the subway station, making commuting very convenient. The host was kind and quick to respond. Amenities included a washing machine, dryer, rice cooker, electric kettle, and toaster, with detergent provided as well. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a short-term rental in the future. It was also great having the Ilwon-dong "Food Street" within walking distance.
