Yangpyeong Station, where the Gyeongui-Jungang Line, express trains, Mugunghwa trains, and KTX trains stop, is about a 5-minute drive away. There is also an intercity bus terminal nearby. Electric buses run about 20 times a day between Yangpyeong Station and the market to Songhak-ri. It takes 22 minutes to walk to Yangpyeong Market at a brisk pace for an adult male. The market is above Yangpyeong Station. The Gangsang IC, which provides access to the 2nd Ring Expressway and the Jungbu Naeryuk Expressway, is about 3 minutes away.
This is a non-smoking area and pets are not allowed. For training sessions and gatherings such as family, friends, church, or work, the capacity is 10 people, but an additional 20 people can be accommodated. Please contact the host by phone in advance after booking. For additional guests beyond the initial 10, the fee is 150,000 KRW per person per week. The cleaning fee covers laundry for bedding, cleaning of tableware, and cleaning and inspection of the room and surrounding area. Tableware and bedding will be provided for the additional guests.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The accommodation is surrounded by trees and forests, so please actively cooperate with fire prevention. Please keep the accommodation clean and tidy it up before checking out. You may be charged for any damages to property. About 100 meters ahead, there is a 10-meter-long stream called Songhakcheon where you can catch fish. Next to it is a large zelkova tree resting area, Rinne Pharmacy, and Naju Gomtang restaurant. Below that is a local supermarket, and further down are the Yangpyeong Gangsang Library, Gangsang Multi-purpose Welfare Center which offers various programs, the 119 Center, and the Gangsang Multi-purpose Gymnasium. About a 5-minute drive away is the Sanjung Yetgil barefoot walking course, and above it is Sanjeok Village. About a 5-minute drive away is a water ski resort, and across the bridge are the Wildflower Arboretum, Yangpyeong Art Museum, Yangpyeong Library, performance hall, indoor swimming pool, lifelong education center, Yangpyeong Cultural Center which screens free old movies, Yangpyeong Public Health Center, gymnasium, etc. There are also many other tourist attractions in Yangpyeong, such as Yangpyeong Mulsorigil and Swija Park.
