It is a quiet country house consisting of 2 rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, a laundry room, a utility room, and a veranda. - Fully furnished with kitchenware and bedding.
- It is conveniently located 100m after passing Gyeongju IC, 5 minutes before and after Uwha, making it easily accessible. - Hwangnidan-gil, Daereungwon, Gyeongju Bus Terminal, etc. are all within a 10-minute drive.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with the access code and usage instructions. - The standard occupancy is 2 people, and up to 6 people are allowed. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person per day will be charged for each additional person beyond the standard occupancy. (Additional fees are to be paid on-site.) - Smoking indoors and pets are prohibited.
The management fee is free. However, if you use it excessively, you may be charged extra, so please use it as if it were your own home.
It's so clean. There are so many places near the accommodation that show the owner's thoughtfulness. It was my first trip to Gyeongju, and I chose a place run by a great owner, so I had a healing trip. The amenities are so well-equipped and the bedding is so clean >.< The location is right next to the IC, so accessibility was great. I was able to rest very quietly. It was close to the Gyeongju IC, so it was easily accessible. Major tourist attractions such as Hwangnidan-gil and the National Museum were also within 20 minutes, so it was good to rest and sightsee. I'll visit again.
