(The smell will permeate the wallpaper, making it impossible to accommodate the next guest. Please get takeout from a restaurant or eat out!) πΆ No pets allowed: We love pets, but they are not allowed to prevent allergies. * Violations of the above will result in eviction and charges for professional cleaning/deodorization. 2. Energy Saving and Facility Management - Turn off power when going out: The heating/cooling system is very efficient. Please turn off the air conditioner and lights when going out. - Check facilities: Please check the condition of the facilities immediately upon check-in. Restoration costs will be incurred for damage/breakage of facilities. 3. Check-out Information (Please be considerate) - Cleaning and tidying: Please wash the dishes you used and do basic tidying before check-out. - Separate waste collection: Please sort your trash and dispose of it in the designated area in the elevator. 4.
