[Only small pets under 10kg allowed!] Separate cleaning fee applies. ♡ Individual heating/cooling units are available for use (city gas heating is not used). All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage. All management fees are billed separately upon check-out.
