This is a modern 25-pyeong apartment featuring a spacious, up-to-date 4-bay layout. It is essentially a brand-new home; aside from the time spent setting up the interior, I haven't even spent a single night here. It comes fully equipped with premium central air conditioning, a bathroom heater/ventilator, and a top-of-the-line Ace Royal Black Queen mattress, along with a dedicated dressing room. The appliances and interior design have been curated with a Mid-Century Modern aesthetic. The surrounding area is pleasant and quiet, offering a cozy and peaceful living environment.
There are multiple bus stops within a 3-minute walk offering direct service to Gyeyang Station and other subway stations. Ara Station is located a 10-minute walk away, providing a great spot for walking and strolling. Additionally, there is a bus stop within a 5-minute walk that offers direct service to Wanjeong Station.
Equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi; the queen-size bed features a premium Ace Royal Black mattress. +A sofa bed is also provided in another room, allowing for larger groups to stay. :) The bathroom is equipped with a Hugent warm-air heater (allows for body drying after a bath). *Strictly no smoking! Excessive noise and pets are not permitted; violations will result in a claim for damages. The base rate covers 4 guests; an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person applies for extra guests.
1. Food trucks visit the area in front of the apartment every Tuesday and at other times (offering a wide variety of foods such as grilled beef intestines, braised pig's trotters, Korean blood sausage, tteokbokki, fried snacks, takoyaki, and even fresh seafood/sashimi and kebabs). 2. A local market is held regularly nearby (it is within a 10-minute walk; please feel free to ask me for details). 3. There are walking paths and parks conveniently located near the apartment for you to enjoy at your leisure. I personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance before every guest's arrival, treating the space as if my own precious family were going to live there. Once you step inside, you will immediately notice that the home feels spacious and well-built—a benefit of being a newly constructed property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment was in great condition and quiet, and—best of all—it was a new build, so it felt very pleasant and fresh. Everything needed for daily living was already provided, so there was nothing extra I had to buy. Parking and the use of community facilities were convenient, and the host was very thoughtful, making for a great stay. There are plenty of places to eat within a short walk, a large convenience store right out front, and public transportation is easily accessible (with a bus stop right nearby). It’s a place I’d love to book again; I felt right at home during my stay. ^^
I stayed here before to write, and I had a good stay this time as well. The newness has faded a bit since my first stay, but it's still clean. There are many more shops around than before, so I was more comfortable. It was very convenient to have a Daiso nearby. I'll stay here again next time.
