Check-in is contactless. Information on the unit number and password will be provided the day before check-in. Check-in is after 2 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. Please be mindful of noise as the building is quiet. Events, parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed. (If discovered, a full cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.)
It is convenient because there is a food alley, a mart, a convenience store, and a coffee shop within a 1-minute walk. There is a stream nearby, so it is very good for walking.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
I had a nice, relaxing stay.
They responded kindly to my inquiries. However, it was inconvenient not having information on the location of remote controls for the appliances, and the broken electric kettle meant I had to boil water separately. Otherwise, I had a pleasant stay.
The owner was kind, and I had a great experience.
