This is a beautiful three-room apartment located a 30-second walk from Seosin-dong Food Alley. It is a spacious three-room apartment, perfect for business trips or family vacations. The master bedroom has a beam projector, so you can enjoy movies and videos. Instant rice, coffee, ramen, and various seasonings are provided.
The terminal (express, intercity), train station, and department store are located within a 20-minute drive of Jeonju tourist attractions (Hanok Village, Gyeonggijeon, Jeondong Cathedral, etc.), making it convenient to get around.
Check-in is contactless. Information on the unit number and password will be provided the day before check-in. Check-in is after 2 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. Please be mindful of noise as the building is quiet. Events, parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed. (If discovered, a full cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.)
It is convenient because there is a food alley, a mart, a convenience store, and a coffee shop within a 1-minute walk. There is a stream nearby, so it is very good for walking.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
